Returns/Exchanges/Warranty
 
    If you're looking to return or exchange your unused merchandise, we're here to help! You can return your merchandise for a different product or request a refund to be applied to the original payment method. Just fill out and print the Guts Return form,and include the form when you return the merchandise.

    Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable
    • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
    We warranty seat covers for 90 days if there is a defect with the stitching. Warranty replacement does not include damage to the material due to normal wear and tear from riding (boots/knee brace rubbing, puncture/impact, sun faded, etc.), or damage that occurred during customer installation (staples, cross threaded or stripped mounting bolts/inserts). If you have an issue with a complete seat, seat cover or seat foam, after it has been opened or installed, and you believe it should be covered under warranty, please email [email protected] and include pictures of the product along with the order number. Please note there is no warranty on apparel, or parts and accessories.

    Return/Warranty FAQ:
    How long will lit take to receive a refund?
    • Refunds are processed within 5 business days for our receipt of the return
    • You will receive an email confirming the refund
    • Please note, it can take an additional 3 business days after the refund has been processed before the refund shows in your account
    Will I have to pay for shipping?
    • Returns and Exchanges: you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to Guts
    • Warranty: we will generally provide you with a pre-paid return label
    Is there a restocking charge?
    • Yes, a restocking fee of $10.00 will apply when returning/exchanging product because the order was placed for the wrong color or wrong foam density.
